Fees
All planning fees paid to JTS Vacations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our fees reflect the extensive time, expertise, and resources dedicated to crafting your perfect travel experience, ensuring a seamless and memorable journey.
Planning Fee Structure
The planning fee is determined by the complexity of the desired travel experience, ensuring a fair reflection of the detailed work involved. Each experience we plan is customized to the client's unique requirements and discussed during an initial consultation call.
What Our Planning Fees Cover
  • Dedicated research of available travel options tailored to your preferences.
  • Customized itinerary proposal, including one destination and up to three four-star or higher resorts, with one revision.
  • Comprehensive trip component coordination, including airfare, transfers, excursions, and travel protection.
  • Creation and management of a flexible payment plan via our secure client portal.
  • Access to a personalized itinerary app for real-time updates and essential travel information.
  • Informational emails and reminders to prepare you thoroughly for your upcoming trip and destination.
  • Pre-trip preparation guidance, including standard COVID-19 protocols and location-specific readiness.
Additional Fees
To ensure flexibility while maintaining our service quality, certain modifications or cancellations may incur additional charges:
  • Change Request Fee: Starting at $50 per person. This fee must be paid prior to any changes being implemented.
  • Cancellation Fee: $50 per person. This fee must be paid prior to the reservation being canceled.
